No. We do not develop sites to sell anything illegal, nor adult/sex

How long does the production
of a web site take?
We make concept sites very quickly, then if you don’t like
our ideas you’re not held up by us. When you decide to go
with us, we put your site’s production in its own slot.
For most projects you should expect to be on line in less than
a month.
About pictures on the Web
Pictures that go on web pages must go through a process called
optimization, which reduces the colour information in the photo,
so they can be loaded by your viewer in a reasonable amount of
time. Therefore, some optimized pictures may be manipulated to
ensure better quality. If you choose to send already digitized
photos, please send them in a .jpg so we may best optimize them.
Since we have to optimize photos to a certain presentation size,
it is best to let us do it, since we have the best software to
do so.
What preparations does my business
have to do to get online?
Brochures, logos, photographs, business cards etc. are all great
resources to use. Furthermore please answer our questionnaire
as detailed as possible. For new businesses we will help you get
started from scratch. Best is to have a dedicated person to answer
any question during your website project.
Can you use my business' existing
logo, brochure design, and other materials for my website?
Certainly. If your logo and promotional materials are not in electronic
format, we can convert them to a format appropriate for your website.
We can accept almost any type of file. If your materials are printed,
we can scan and convert them to an appropriate web format. Esferio's
designers will help you keep your online image consistent with
your existing one.
Can I choose Esferio to design
my website but choose another web host?
Yes. However, we need to access the website for installing the
website and for future maintenance.
How does Esferio bill their clients?
Our policy for billing is quite simple. Our usual method of business
is to design a concept web site for you. This is undertaken without
any obligation on your part. When you are happy with our ideas
and approve the concept, we ask for a commitment on your part.
We ask you to sign the proposal and an initial 30% payment to
start the development of your Internet Solution.
When you are satisfied with the web site and give your acceptance
of the project we invoice the remaining 70%.
For maintenance, support and hosting we can invoice monthly or
you can save and we will invoice at once.

Do you offer maintenance contracts
to update and manage websites?
Yes. We offer maintenance packages to all of our clients for both
routine (text or graphic) modifications and upgrades (additional
back-end functionality). In some cases, we will recommend the
implementation of Content Management Tools to provide cost-effective
solutions for clients who update much of their text in key areas
on a recurring basis.
What is a Host and how much
does it cost?
A Host is the company who puts your website physically in it's
place on the web and makes it available to the public.
The cost for hosting (a monthly cost) is dependent upon what you
require for your website. The standard price for hosting is around
€15 per month and is normally all you need for a basic website.

What is a Web Host?
To have a Web site on the Internet you first need to have a Web
server. Web hosting companies provide the equipment and other
technical resources that you need without you have to do it yourself.
What do I get with my account?
We have several plans for you to choose from that are cost effective
and more than capable of handling all your domain hosting needs.
We don't charge you a setup fee and all accounts come with many
valuable features such as Mail Manager System, CGI-bin, FTP, UNIX
Telnet access, Traffic Statistics Software, FrontPage Extensions,
RealAudio/Real Video and more. We will register you new domain

What about Technical Support?
We provide web-hosting services to many clients and from experience
we have found that handling support request via email to be to
our clients greatest advantage. We answer all email on the same
day it is received - most often in no more than 1 hour. Send your

What does 'website Maintenance' mean?
Website Maintenance refers to changes made to your website after
the initial design. Keeping a website up-to-date is essential
in having repeat visitors to your site. Updating the site with
sales, newsletters, press releases, financial figures and links
are all examples of website Maintenance.
If you already have a website but your business does not have
the time to take care of keeping the website maintained. We offer
daily, weekly, and monthly updates. Contact us to arrange a custom
website maintenance contract that suits you best.
